Andrew comes to the PrairieThunder after spending the majority of his career in the CHL where he played 120 games in four seasons. He began his career with the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs where he compiled a 2-3 record in 301 minutes of action.
He played the following year with the Fort Worth Brahmas before heading to the Wichita Thunder. He played the 2007-08 season with the New Mexico Scorpions where he posted a 19-12-2 record with a 3.12 goals against average and a .902 save percentage. He was the winning goalie in the 2008 CHL All-Star Game when he saved 23 of 24 shots.
Andrew began last season with New Mexico before finishing the season with Laredo where he had a 7-3-1 mark with a 2.17 goals against average and a .922 save percentage in 16 games. He has a 35-49-7 career mark in 6,400 minutes.
He has the distinction of being the first player from Texas to play Division I hockey. He played at Fairfield University and RPI, earning a degree in business management and technology.
